TL;DR

Enterprise Account Executive (Nordic): Driving strategic growth by acquiring new enterprise customers and expanding existing relationships within the Nordic region with an accent on C-level engagement and solution selling. Focus on managing complex sales cycles using MEDDPICC and Challenger Sales methodologies and exceeding multimillion-dollar targets.

Location: Hybrid work policy. Role focuses on the Nordic region, with fluent Swedish required to serve the Swedish market.

What you will do

  • Identify, target, and acquire new enterprise customers in the Nordic region with $500M+ revenue.
  • Grow revenue within existing enterprise accounts by identifying new use cases and upselling additional services.
  • Build trusted relationships and engage C-level and VP-level stakeholders across technical and business functions.
  • Become an expert in hirify.global’s open-source data and AI platform (Kafka, PostgreSQL, OpenSearch) and articulate its business value.
  • Rigorously qualify opportunities using the MEDDPICC framework and accurately forecast sales.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Solution Architects for pipeline generation and technical validation.

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years of success in enterprise SaaS or cloud infrastructure sales with a proven track record of overachievement against multimillion-dollar targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to close complex, consultative deals with long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
  • Skilled in outcome-based selling and the Challenger Sales methodology.
  • Hands-on experience with MEDDIC/MEDDPICC or similar sales frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of open-source data infrastructure, cloud services, and developer platforms.
  • Fluent Swedish is required to serve the Swedish market.
