What you will do
- Identify, target, and acquire new enterprise customers in the Nordic region with $500M+ revenue.
- Grow revenue within existing enterprise accounts by identifying new use cases and upselling additional services.
- Build trusted relationships and engage C-level and VP-level stakeholders across technical and business functions.
- Become an expert in hirify.global’s open-source data and AI platform (Kafka, PostgreSQL, OpenSearch) and articulate its business value.
- Rigorously qualify opportunities using the MEDDPICC framework and accurately forecast sales.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Solution Architects for pipeline generation and technical validation.
Requirements
- 5–10+ years of success in enterprise SaaS or cloud infrastructure sales with a proven track record of overachievement against multimillion-dollar targets.
- Demonstrated ability to close complex, consultative deals with long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
- Skilled in outcome-based selling and the Challenger Sales methodology.
- Hands-on experience with MEDDIC/MEDDPICC or similar sales frameworks.
- Strong understanding of open-source data infrastructure, cloud services, and developer platforms.
- Fluent Swedish is required to serve the Swedish market.
