Location: Remote (Must be based in California)

Salary: $125,000 - $145,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Build and maintain relationships with district-level decision-makers to drive adoption of core curriculum products.
  • Manage the entire sales lifecycle from lead generation and campaign design to final negotiations.
  • Utilize solution-based selling and negotiation skills to navigate school board approvals and state requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline and tailored account plans for the K-12 sales cycle.
  • Travel 40-50% within the territory to meet in-person with district and county leaders.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership and the Learning & Enablement team to shape go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as an Account Executive in the K-12 EdTech space with a proven track record of selling core curriculum.
  • Must be currently located in California and remain there for the duration of the position.
  • Legally authorized to work in the US.
  • Ability and willingness to travel 40-50% of the time within the territory.
  • Fluent English (written and verbal) required.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling K-12 core ELA/ELD curriculum.
  • Proficiency in Spanish.
  • Familiarity with MEDDIPCC or similar forecasting frameworks.
