What you will do

• Manage insurance product projects to build and launch new features, including workstreams, timelines, and stakeholders
• Create, document, and improve processes to support product growth and scaling
• Configure and own end-to-end documentation for the plan portfolio, capturing changes compliantly and timely
• Take on additional projects based on skills and interests

Requirements

• 2+ years in healthcare strategy, consulting, or relevant work
• Strong project management tools and process improvement skills
• Attention to detail, ownership mindset, and big-picture understanding
• Ability to quickly learn new concepts
• Strong Excel, SQL, or logical coding for documentation configuration
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
