EIT Project Manager

EIT Project Manager (Healthcare/IT): Support the ePMO by completing work assignments and deliverables for complex projects with multiple workstreams and demanding stakeholders with an accent on software implementations, vendor projects, and budget management. Location: Remote from Chattanooga, TN (USA). Contract-to-hire opportunity.

Salary: $104,000 - $108,400

What you will do

• Complete assigned tasks and deliverables while maintaining quality standards and timeframes.
• Track proposal and project activities, gather information, and prepare documentation.
• Maintain project documentation and update ePMO tools.
• Facilitate meetings, take minutes, and perform follow-up actions.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to identify opportunities and solutions.
• Monitor projects, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (4+ years professional experience in Healthcare/IT).
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written): clear, concise, accurate.
• Experience working with Directors and VPs.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge.
• 5-10+ years managing complex projects with multiple workstreams (up to 20) and demanding stakeholders.
• 3-5+ years managing software implementation, healthcare, vendor projects, and budgets (labor & non-labor).
• Self-driven, highly organized, confident, quality conscious, able to lead without authority.

Nice to have

• State and Federal Medicare/Medicaid project experience.
• Experience supporting or delivering AI-enabled or digital products (virtual assistants, chatbots, automation).
