TL;DR
Senior Technical Account Manager (Cybersecurity): Deploy and manage cloud security solutions for major enterprise accounts with an accent on system integration, network architecture, and post-sales support. What you will do
- Understand customer needs and create comprehensive Statements of Work (SOW).
- Present cloud security assessments and deliver professional documentation and training.
- Design, integrate, and deploy solutions with SSO, proxies, firewalls, cloud APIs, VMs, and authentication systems.
- Create test plans, self-manage projects, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Train customers on product usage and provide hands-on admin training.
- Report performance, gather feedback for product improvements, and liaise with sales for new business.
Requirements
- 8+ years in roles like Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Professional Services Consultant, Technical Account Manager, or Technical Support Engineer.
- Strong networking, MDM, Cloud APIs, load balancing, SIEM, proxies, NG firewalls, SSL/IPSec, SSO, DLP, CASB.
- Experience architecting on AWS/GCP, hypervisors (VMware, KVM, Hyper-V), authentication (LDAP, SAML, Azure AD).
- Knowledge of protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS), OS troubleshooting (Windows, Mac, Linux), tools (Wireshark, tcpdump, strace).
- Advanced Bash/Python scripting for automation; excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel to customer/partner sites and events.
