What you will do

• Review patient ECG data and algorithm findings for clinical accuracy, ensuring 100% data quality.
• Communicate ECG abnormalities to physicians as needed.
• Perform quality assurance for every report, making necessary modifications before final delivery.
• Develop ECG interpretation skills, meeting productivity and quality metrics.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA guidelines and best clinical practices.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required.
• At least 1 year experience in healthcare, health insurance, medical device industry, patient care, operations, lab, or diagnostic environment, or Associates degree/college coursework in healthcare/life sciences.
• PC agility and knowledge of Microsoft tools (Windows, Outlook).
• Knowledge of Cardiology-specific medical terminology.
• Able to be CCT certified within 120 days of hire (max 3 attempts).
• Excellent attention to detail, critical thinking, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• 2+ years as cardiac telemetry monitor technician, Holter scanner, or ECG interpretation role.
• RN, EMT, Exercise Physiologist, CCT, CRAT, EKG certification, CNA, or equivalent.
