Location: Columbus, OH, US (Field-based in Central Region, approximately 50% travel required)

Salary: $160,000 - $165,200 (base + at plan target incentive)

What you will do

• Serve as key business partner to clients by developing and maintaining strong customer relationships in assigned territory.
• Support client needs including product demonstrations, in-services, case support, and handling product complaints.
• Observe procedures, provide staff training, and identify customer needs to recommend appropriate hirify.global products.
• Educate customers through presentations and demonstrations on product merits and clinical usage.
• Collaborate with local reps on business plans to achieve Cardiac Surgery sales goals.
• Support new product installations and existing product usage to meet revenue and growth objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum 5 years applicable clinical experience in hospital environment and/or sales support including product education and training
• Valid driver’s license required
• Demonstrated success in clinical positions and solid understanding of business concepts.
• Strong communication, organization, computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, CRM).
• Ability to travel 50% or more and lift up to 50 lbs.
