Salary: $85,000 – $105,000

What you will do

  • Educate customers and staff on medical order requirements and streamline order processing.
  • Manage revenue recognition by handling exceptions and leveraging local payor knowledge to increase authorizations.
  • Serve as the ZPM expert, providing training and driving clinical value and utilization of the system.
  • Collaborate with Territory Managers to drive market penetration and support regional goals.
  • Build brand awareness through local tradeshows and presentations for account on-boarding programs.
  • Develop and manage relationships with Director-level staff in Case Management, Quality, Cath Lab, and Risk.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree.
  • Minimum 3 years of hospital, heart failure (HF), or nursing experience.
  • Clinical experience navigating hospital flow, document collection, and provider/patient interaction.
  • Ability to work independently and autonomously in a field-based environment.

Nice to have

  • Cardiology clinical acumen.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Power BI, Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce.com or Dynamics.
