What you will do

• Manage all aspects of medical licensure, including state licenses and DEA certificates, for clinical personnel.
• Consult with clinicians to gather and verify current credentialing information and supporting documents.
• Prioritize and submit licensing applications within established metric benchmarks.
• Communicate application guidance and status updates to clinicians and team leadership.
• Perform primary source verifications in strict accordance with NCQA guidelines.
• Maintain accurate system data-entry to track tasks and licensing status for reporting.

Requirements

• Two years of experience with physician group (NCQA) and/or hospital credentialing (JCAHO).
• In-depth knowledge of state and federal initial and renewal licensing requirements for clinical positions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, Adobe Acrobat, and web-based research.
• Ability to investigate and analyze complex licensing information.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
