Location: Remote role based in the Americas
Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 USD per year

What you will do
- Coach managers on performance conversations, feedback, and handling hard moments
- Build and run Learning & Development function by identifying skill gaps and creating valuable experiences
- Own and evolve people programs including performance management, career frameworks, and manager training
- Monitor team sentiment via surveys and 1:1s, closing loops on needed changes
- Guide team members on growth paths and requirements
- Spot and address people challenges early with empathy
- Partner with leadership on talent strategy, calibrations, and succession planning
Requirements
- Based in the Americas
- Alignment with company values
- Experience building HR programs in high-growth startup or scale-up
- Strong employee relations skills for complex situations
- Coaching experience helping managers grow
- Experience in global, remote-first environment with distributed teams
- Exceptional written English (CEFR C2 or equivalent)
- Ability to design and execute programs
