TL;DR

Location: Remote role based in the Americas

Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Coach managers on performance conversations, feedback, and handling hard moments
• Build and run Learning & Development function by identifying skill gaps and creating valuable experiences
• Own and evolve people programs including performance management, career frameworks, and manager training
• Monitor team sentiment via surveys and 1:1s, closing loops on needed changes
• Guide team members on growth paths and requirements
• Spot and address people challenges early with empathy
• Partner with leadership on talent strategy, calibrations, and succession planning

Requirements

• Based in the Americas
• Alignment with company values
• Experience building HR programs in high-growth startup or scale-up
• Strong employee relations skills for complex situations
• Coaching experience helping managers grow
• Experience in global, remote-first environment with distributed teams
• Exceptional written English (CEFR C2 or equivalent)
• Ability to design and execute programs
