Salary: $130,650 - $217,000

What you will do
- Build and grow high-performing teams through consistent coaching and a culture of ownership and accountability.
- Partner with Product and Design to define and deliver measurable business value connected to customer outcomes.
- Establish predictable and transparent team operations across planning, sprint execution, and continuous improvement.
- Guide technical direction and support engineers in making decisions that ensure quality, security, and reliability.
- Lead performance management by setting goals, measuring results, and providing ongoing development opportunities.
- Drive improvements in engineering operations, including flow efficiency, release frequency, and overall delivery health.
Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on development experience within an agile environment.
- 3+ years of experience leading high-performing engineering teams.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without need of sponsorship now or in the future.
- Background in software engineering with experience in modern architectures and cloud-based systems.
- Deep understanding of multiple Agile methodologies and their practical application.
- Demonstrated success in building teams or maturing performance systems at startup pace.
