What you will do

• Process invoices to and from both customers and vendors for an assigned portfolio.
• Execute month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
• Perform GL account reconciliations and provide detailed analysis of financial results.
• Maintain and update customer and vendor master files.
• Resolve internal and external billing queries and correct data inconsistencies.
• Interpret and analyze customer and vendor contracts to ensure accurate transaction processing.

Requirements

• Must be based in Colombia.
• Advanced or Native English language proficiency and fluency in Spanish.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Billing.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in a remote environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle NetSuite.
• Experience with Workday.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, and Word).
