What you will do

• Process customer credit card payments and refund requests accurately.
• Manage and resolve billing-related Salesforce cases within established SLAs.
• Analyze refund and payment system reports to identify discrepancies and support operational reporting.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews of BPO team work and provide feedback for process improvements.
• Serve as a subject matter resource for team members and assist with onboarding and training.
• Collaborate with Claims, Customer Service, Compliance, and Finance Operations teams to resolve billing matters.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in billing, customer service, finance-related role, or accounts receivable.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience working in Salesforce or similar case management systems.
• Strong Excel skills and experience working with operational reports.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Austin, TX or Dallas, TX.
