What you will do

• Audit employee expense tracks for accuracy and strict compliance with internal policies and local tax regulations.
• Develop and implement scalable global T&E policies across all operational regions.
• Manage end-to-end relationships with expense solution providers and oversee the integration of new financial tools.
• Develop advanced reports, dashboards, and KPIs to analyze spending patterns and provide actionable insights.
• Partner with Data, Operations, and Accounting departments to ensure seamless month-end reconciliation.
• Lead multiple parallel projects, including tool migrations and process improvements for new market launches.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in Finance, Procurement, Audit, or T&E management.
• Advanced Excel skills, including vlookups, pivot tables, and data modeling.
• Native or near-native level of English (C2).
• Strong analytical rigor and the ability to identify trends or anomalies within large datasets.
• Proven ability to manage various projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Knowledge of SQL is a strong plus.
