Billing Analyst

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end AR and billing process, including manual and automated customer invoicing.
• Perform reconciliations and process invoices into Oracle, ensuring accuracy against contracts and usage.
• Prepare customer aging reports and other AR-related financial documentation.
• Conduct balance sheet and P&L reconciliations and support month-end closing activities.
• Collaborate with sales operations and cross-functional teams to resolve billing inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and SLAs/MSAs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Professional degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or equivalent.
• 2-5 years of experience in Accounts Receivables (Collections/Billing) within an MNC.
• Fundamental knowledge of accounting concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work independently.

• Experience with Oracle applications.
