Customer Success Manager (Transportation): Managing the retention, expansion, and overall growth of enterprise accounts in the transportation vertical with an accent on consultative sales and revenue driving. Location: Must be located and authorized to work in the United States. Up to 30% travel required.
Salary: $65,000 – $80,000 base annually.

What you will do
- Manage a mid-size portfolio of enterprise accounts to ensure retention and maximize revenue growth.
- Develop and execute detailed sales account plans, tracking revenue trends and analyzing competitive threats.
- Consult with customers to drive the expansion of additional product solutions tailored to their needs.
- Prepare and deliver quarterly and annual customer business reviews to demonstrate value.
- Manage contractual documentation including MSAs, SOWs, SLAs, and renewal proposals.
- Partner with internal operations and technology teams to ensure service levels are consistently exceeded.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in sales account management for strategic National or Global accounts.
- Experience managing complex products and maintaining executive-level relationships.
- Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities.
