TL;DR
Customer Success Manager, Enterprise (SaaS/Real Estate): Interact with enterprise customers to define success criteria, onboard, train, and support their adoption of deal management platform with an accent on retention, growth, and satisfaction. Focus on building customer journeys, delivering training, resolving escalations, and collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
San Francisco, CA. Hybrid Work Policy: 3 days in office (Tues/Wed/Thur).
$95,000 - $100,000 base, & $10,000 - $25,000 variable compensation (California candidates). Eligible for equity.

What you will do
- Interact with customers to understand their business, define success criteria, and build customer journeys to achieve goals.
- Train, onboard, and support customers to ensure adoption of .
- Produce and deliver web-based and in-person training seminars.
- Handle phone/email support inquiries and assist with self-service documentation.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams on use cases, success assets, and escalations.
- Manage portfolio of accounts for retention, growth, and satisfaction; contribute to team processes and metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 1-5 years of customer success and/or account management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to senior executives
- Empathy for customers and passion for helping them
- Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and problem-solve
- High attention to detail
- Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
Nice to have
- Experience at an enterprise SaaS company
- Experience with commercial real estate firms
- Interest in commercial real estate
- Familiarity with SQL and Salesforce
