TL;DR

Director, Implementation (Health Benefits): Lead delivery of new and renewing client implementations across Channel and Commercial lines with an accent on scalable frameworks, operational excellence, and cross-functional coordination. Location: Hybrid in Minneapolis, MN

Salary: $134,775–$179,700 annually

What you will do

  • Lead and mentor implementation managers and coordinators, scaling the team with growth.
  • Improve process flows for implementations and renewals, recommending efficiencies and automation.
  • Oversee quality assurance, metrics, Salesforce configurations, and technology deployments.
  • Develop 12-18 month roadmaps and partner with Sales, Account Management, and vendors.
  • Conduct surveys, manage expectations, refine training, and maintain process documentation.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in account management, implementations, or operations in the benefits industry
  • Previous experience leading and coaching teams
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
  • Comfort in dynamic environments with multiple priorities
  • Obsession with deadlines and on-time delivery

Nice to have

  • Experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments
  • Significant work in health insurance, healthcare, or operations
  • Extensive process improvement, program management, and team leadership
