TL;DR

Client Outcomes Director (Retail/CPG/MFG): Orchestrating seamless integration of IT services for large complex accounts and portfolios with an accent on client relationship management, delivery oversight, and strategic growth. Location: USA, Remote/Office (Ideal: Pacific NW)

Salary: $190,000 – $230,000 annually

What you will do

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
  • Drive risk identification, transparent communication, and expectation management at account/portfolio level.
  • Align services with client strategic goals, advocate for client needs internally, and monitor satisfaction via NPS and feedback.
  • Identify growth opportunities, define work pipelines, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration for deal pursuit.
  • Oversee project/program delivery, escalate issues, remove obstacles, and promote client-focused culture.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in client-facing IT roles focused on service delivery and stakeholder management.
  • 4+ years in program/portfolio management for large complex accounts with proven client satisfaction and growth.
  • 2+ years in consultative sales or account management in Manufacturing, Retail, or CPG.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.

Nice to have

  • Proven client relationship management at all levels with strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Business acumen to translate needs into growth opportunities.
  • Leadership in cross-functional teams and problem-solving under pressure.
  • Prior experience with Supply Chain operations and digital transformation in target industries.
  • Expertise in pre-sale teams and managing complex projects with CoE resources.
