Salary: $130,000-$140,000 annually

What you will do

• Act as subject matter expert on API capabilities for gig and high-volume onboarding use cases.
• Guide prospects and customers through technical requirements, API integration design, and best practices.
• Deliver technical demonstrations and walkthroughs explaining API usage for customer workflows.
• Partner with internal teams to capture feedback, document challenges, and influence API improvements.
• Maintain and improve public-facing API documentation and developer resources.

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States
• 4+ years in software engineering or similar; API experience required
• Strong familiarity with RESTful APIs
• Backend experience with Postman, Java, Node.js, Python
• Strength in writing production-ready, scalable code
• Technical support experience strongly preferred; strong communication skills
• Project management skills and agile environment experience
