Location: Remote (US, ideally based in Western United States: Washington, Oregon, Utah, Colorado, Arizona, New Mexico)
Base salary: $90,000–$105,000; On-target earnings (OTE): $190,000–$205,000 USD

provides instruction-ready real-world content for K-12 classrooms at multiple reading levels. EveryDay Labs uses behavioral science and data to reduce chronic absenteeism with attendance dashboards, workflows, and family communications.
What you will do
- Build relationships with district leaders and sell EveryDay Labs' attendance solutions using solution mapping and strong negotiation skills.
- Create and manage aggressive sales pipelines, develop strategic account plans, and drive deals through the full sales cycle.
- Design lead generation campaigns, forecast business, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including executive leadership.
- Conduct in-person meetings with school and district leaders to present solutions, negotiate terms, and secure agreements.
- Stay informed on territory funding, state initiatives, demographics, and K-12 landscape to inform sales strategy.
- Exercise autonomy in evaluating customer needs, structuring solutions, and influencing revenue outcomes.
Requirements
- 2+ years demonstrated success selling technology products to K-12 school districts
- Extensive experience in networking, prospecting, and building pipelines; willing to build your own book of business
- Well-versed in MEDDPICC sales methodology and proven success forecasting in EdTech
- Excited by face-to-face customer interactions; regular travel required
