What you will do
- Achieve assigned sales targets by executing go-to-market strategy and managing key conversions.
- Build and develop high-performance sales teams through hiring, coaching, and performance management.
- Drive pipeline development via lead generation initiatives and hands-on participation in deals.
- Develop creative sales strategies, engage channel partners, and deliver exceptional presentations.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and report progress to leadership.
- Foster a culture of ownership, urgency, and growth while working with global remote and in-office teams.
Requirements
- 10+ years in enterprise software sales, including 4+ years as front-line leader
- Experience in B2B SaaS (CRM, BPM, ERP, low-code/no-code, etc.) selling to large enterprises with long cycles.
- Proven track record meeting quarterly/annual targets and strong regional network.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills for building C/VP-level relationships.
- Knowledge of people management strategies and operating in complex multi-channel environments.
- Experience in remote-first settings; self-motivated and results-driven.
