TL;DR

Regional Sales Director (SaaS): Leading the enterprise sales strategy and scaling senior sales leaders to deliver predictable revenue growth across complex organizations with an accent on executive alignment and operational rigor. Focus on building a deep leadership bench, optimizing enterprise buying motions, and driving consumption-based revenue models.

Location: Onsite in New York, USA (5 days a week)

Salary: $375,000 - $450,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Own Enterprise revenue outcomes, delivering against quarterly and annual bookings targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop Directors, Managers, and senior Enterprise sellers.
  • Define and evolve Enterprise sales strategy, including segmentation, coverage models, and capacity planning.
  • Establish operating rigor across forecasting, pipeline inspection, and deal reviews.
  • Drive excellence in enterprise account planning, multi-threaded deal strategy, and executive engagement.
  • Partner cross-functionally to align GTM strategy, product adoption, and customer outcomes.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience selling complex, technical SaaS solutions to Enterprise customers.
  • 5+ years of experience leading and scaling Enterprise sales teams, including managing managers.
  • Proven track record of building predictable revenue engines in high-growth environments.
  • Deep expertise in enterprise buying motions and multi-stakeholder deal dynamics.
  • Fluency in modern enterprise sales frameworks such as MEDDIC, Miller Heiman, or Sandler.
  • Must be based in or be able to work from the New York office 5 days a week.
