TL;DR

Senior Regional Sales Manager (Fintech): Selling Relationship Pricing Cloud products and services to North American banks with an accent on new business development and account growth. Focus on outbound prospecting, overcoming complex sales objections, and managing enterprise-level sales cycles.

Location: Hybrid opportunities in Austin, Lincoln, Des Moines, and Charlotte. Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. Travel expectations: 50%.

What you will do

  • Identify and prospect new business from both new clients and existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with the Relationship Management team to identify and drive new growth opportunities.
  • Drive enterprise business through outbound prospecting via cold calling, email, and social channels.
  • Overcome technical and budgetary objections to position hirify.global products against the competition.
  • Manage, track, and report all sales activities and results using Salesforce CRM.
  • Respond to and qualify incoming web and phone inquiries.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of corporate software or SaaS sales or prospecting experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Proven ability to consistently exceed quotas and manage complex sales processes.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Fluent written and oral communication in English.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship provided).
