Customer Success Director (Transportation Vertical): Manage and grow revenue in strategic enterprise accounts through consultative sales of background screening solutions with an accent on program management, cross-functional coordination, and client relationship building. Focus on developing sales account plans, analyzing revenue trends, delivering business reviews, and ensuring service levels while identifying upsell opportunities.
Location: 100% remote, must be located in the United States, up to 25% travel as needed.
Salary: $90-110K base annually

What you will do
- Develop sales account plans, track revenue trends, analyze competitive threats, and meet revenue objectives in named Transportation accounts.
- Identify upsell opportunities for products and coordinate cross-functional resources to penetrate accounts.
- Prepare and deliver quarterly/annual client business reviews, manage action plans, and recommend program changes.
- Maintain customer relationships, ensure service levels, and manage contractual documentation including renewals and RFPs.
- Partner with internal teams to review program performance and implement best practices.
Requirements
- Must be located in the United States.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 7-10 years in sales account management for strategic national/global accounts with C-level experience.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities; 40-50 hour work week with flexibility for additional hours.
- Understanding of offerings, pricing, and competitors.
Nice to have
- 3+ years virtual work experience.
- Transportation industry knowledge (DOT, FMCSA, Driver Qualification).
- Professional sales environment experience.
