• Recruit, develop, manage, and drive success of sales team including Broker Managers, Community Outreach Specialists, and administrative staff.
• Create and execute sales strategies while ensuring Medicare guidelines and compliance.
• Oversee contracted external agent channel and achieve sales goals and retention targets.
• Collaborate with Devoted leadership, cross-functional departments, prospects, providers, and influencers.
• Balance field activities with administrative duties like reporting, budget tracking, and meetings.

Requirements

• Must reside in Pennsylvania, Delaware, or South New Jersey
• Management experience leading a Medicare Advantage sales team
• Local knowledge of Medicare environment and competitive landscape
• Health insurance license in good standing
• College degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred
• Unrestricted Driver's License
