What you will do
- Own global Customer Advisory Board (CAB) program: define strategy, run North America CAB, and drive agendas for other regions.
- Build and manage global customer reference program to support sales cycles and marketing.
- Develop customer reference assets like case studies, videos, and testimonials collaborating with CSMs, sales, and customers.
- Manage customer speaker bench for events, content quotes, and sales references.
- Define KPIs for customer marketing programs aligned with business, marketing, and customer success goals.
- Liaise between Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, and Product for seamless customer experiences.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Customer Marketing, Advocacy, or B2B Marketing, preferably cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS.
- Proven track record building and scaling global programs like CABs and reference programs.
- Exceptional communication and executive presence for engaging senior executives.
- Experience using Gen AI tools for content creation, analysis, and segmentation.
- Strong project management for end-to-end reference asset creation.
- Ability to define metrics driving sales and marketing outcomes; highly collaborative.
