What you will do

• Lead discovery sessions to identify pain points and align hirify.global platform capabilities with prospect requirements.
• Develop and deliver value-driven, industry-specific demos using storytelling for C-suite, IT, and end-users.
• Act as technical advisor in sales cycles, addressing objections and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with sales and partners on strategies, deal progression, and best practices.
• Contribute to internal knowledge bases, demo libraries, and stay updated on features and trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 4-5 years in solution consulting, presales, or technical sales in enterprise SaaS (CRM/BPM preferred).
• Strong expertise in business process automation, CRM, or customer experience solutions.
• Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills for customized demos.
• In-depth knowledge of North American market, trends, and competitors; financial services experience preferred.
• Strong technology background in SaaS, cloud infrastructure, business processes, and financial operations.
• Consultative skills: questioning, active listening, root cause analysis.

Nice to have

• Experience with no-code/low-code platforms, AI automation, or API integrations.
