What you will do

  • Research prospects and perform cold outreach via calls and emails to generate leads.
  • Respond to inbound inquiries and qualify opportunities for Sales Reps.
  • Deliver online product demonstrations to draw prospects into discovery calls.
  • Collaborate with Sales team to inform strategy, processes, and product enhancements based on market feedback.
  • Manage pipeline using CRM and sales tools to meet team goals.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of lead generation or inside sales experience
  • Experience generating pipeline through email and phone conversations leading to qualified meetings
  • CRM experience and sales process training to manage pipeline
  • Familiarity with sales platforms like Salesloft, Outreach.io, or Yesware
  • Excellent communication skills with empathy for buyer challenges and ability to establish value propositions
  • Thrive in fast-paced environment, handle ambiguity, and partner for execution
