MDCE BEOL Integration Engineer

TL;DR

MDCE BEOL Integration Engineer (Semiconductors): Work with FEOL/BEOL teams to identify root causes of yield and performance issues and implement corrective plans to meet production targets with an accent on process optimization and technology transfer. What you will do

• Collaborate with FEOL/BEOL Integration, Device, Defect Reduction, and Yield Analysis teams to root cause yield/performance issues and implement fixes.
• Work with Technology Development and Local Yield teams to import new technologies into production fabs.
• Own product maintenance, introduction to fab, and optimization of yield, device, and performance targets.
• Establish workflows for continuous improvement to ensure quality and prevent yield excursions.
• Analyze data to deliver insights into process health and drive improvement decisions.
• Assess quality and reliability risks for materials and process changes per hirify.global standards.

Requirements

• PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or Materials Science
• Good verbal and written communication skills to present complex problems/solutions
• Strong team collaboration skills
• Strong aptitude for data mining and statistical analysis from complex datasets

Nice to have

• Experience in semiconductor technology development and FEOL/BEOL process optimization
• Experience in fabrication processes: lithography/advanced patterning, dry etch, wet cleaning, diffusion, thin-film deposition, CMP
• Problem-solving and decision-making in high-pressure environments
