What you will do

• Supervise onsite CSA construction activities including foundations, steelwork, concrete, finishes, cleanroom elements, and external works
• Ensure execution per drawings, specifications, schedules, GMP, EHS, and quality standards
• Monitor contractor performance, enforce safety, and manage ITPs, method statements, risk assessments
• Coordinate inspections, snagging, punch lists, and as-built documentation
• Interface with MEP, process, utilities, commissioning, design, CQV, QA, and operations teams
• Participate in meetings, safety walks, incident investigations, and short-interval planning

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related
• 10+ years supervising CSA works on large-scale industrial/pharma projects
• Proven GMP experience in pharma, biotech, medical devices, or life sciences
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, schedules, and EHS
• Experience in live pharmaceutical facilities, cleanroom construction, and CQV-aligned delivery
• Leadership, communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
