What you will do

• Perform reactive maintenance, routine servicing, and testing of hirify.global products according to QMS standards.
• Conduct electrical and mechanical fault finding and equipment calibration.
• Manage spare parts stock levels and produce quality technical documentation for clients.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers and internal service departments.
• Provide out-of-hours standby cover on a rota basis to accommodate customer needs.
• Generate written and electronic reports and submit accurate expense claims.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a field service or maintenance role.
• Experience ideally within life science, medical, pharmaceutical, or other process industries.
• Relevant qualification in a technical field or sufficient equivalent experience.
• Self-motivated with the ability to adapt under pressure in a dynamic environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills for professional customer interaction.
