What you will do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve equipment failures on customer sites within expected timeframes.
• Perform installation, servicing, and repair of high-end printing and finishing systems.
• Train equipment operators on how to test, tune, adjust, and operate equipment for optimum performance.
• Plan daily routes and call plans to meet customer SLAs, including planned preventative maintenance.
• Provide remote technical advice on the use and care of equipment and software systems.
• Manage and update spare part car stock and complete all associated service documentation.

Requirements

• Experience with electro-mechanical paper handling, large production print, or print finishing equipment.
• Diploma or Certification in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronic engineering.
• Clean and full driver's license.
• Proven background in field service engineering with strong troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently under pressure to tight schedules.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interfacing with customers.
