What you will do

• Own and manage the Delivery Assurance direction, defining and improving delivery standards and governance.
• Lead and develop teams of Delivery Assurance Leads, Business Architects, and Technical Architects.
• Design unified delivery processes for internal, partner-led, and hybrid models, including controls and escalation paths.
• Oversee complex high-risk projects, support client escalations, and align with business and sales teams.
• Identify risks early, drive mitigation, and contribute to delivery strategy and resource planning.

Requirements

• 10+ years in delivery, project, or program management.
• Proven experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Strong background in enterprise or large-scale software implementations.
• Experience with external partners, distributed teams, client escalations, and delivery recovery.
• Strong leadership, people management, process design, stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in enterprise platforms, SaaS, CRM, ERP, or low-code/no-code solutions.
• Understanding of architecture concepts and system integrations.
• Experience in regulated domains like financial services or public sector.
