Senior Manager, Sales Executive (Fintech): Driving revenue growth and managing strategic relationships with financial institutions in Mexico with an accent on enterprise sales cycles, C-level engagement, and solution alignment for banking, payments, and card-issuing platforms. Focus on owning end-to-end sales processes, developing upsell opportunities, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver tailored customer outcomes.

Location: Hybrid in Mexico City, Mexico. Based in Mexico (Mexico City). Expected to work from the office 3 days a week. Willingness to travel regionally in Latin America.

What you will do

  • Manage and expand relationships with banks, fintechs, issuers, and financial institutions in Mexico as primary point of contact.
  • Own end-to-end enterprise sales cycles including prospecting, qualification, positioning, negotiation, and closure.
  • Drive growth through upsell/cross-sell, sales forecasting, and pipeline reporting.
  • Align hirify.global solutions with client needs, regulatory requirements, and technology landscapes.
  • Collaborate with Product, Implementation, Technology, Legal, and Partnerships teams for proposals and RFPs.
  • Contribute to go-to-market strategies, stay current on industry trends, and represent hirify.global at events.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English (mandatory) and Spanish.
  • Based in Mexico (Mexico City).
  • 8+ years relevant experience (Bachelor) or 5+ (Advanced Degree) or 2+ (PhD) in enterprise sales/account management/business development for financial institutions in Mexico.
  • Proven track record with banks, fintechs, issuers; experience selling core banking, card issuing, or payments solutions.
  • Strong C-level engagement, technical understanding of APIs/cloud/integrations/financial systems.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation; knowledge of Mexico regulations (CNBV, SPEI/SPI, AML).

Nice to have

  • 9+ years experience (Bachelor) or 7+ (Advanced Degree) or 3+ (PhD).
  • Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, CS; Master’s (MBA) in Business/Tech/Financial Services.
  • Background in digital transformation, legacy migrations, SaaS.
