What you will do

  • Build relationships with key decision makers at school districts and sell hirify.global’s suite of engaging reading products.
  • Manage full sales lifecycle: pipeline building, forecasting, lead generation campaigns, and closing deals.
  • Own your territory, develop sales strategy based on funding, state initiatives, demographics, and K-12 landscape.
  • Achieve revenue targets as part of a regional sales team while collaborating cross-functionally to drive growth.

Requirements

  • United States-based with proven quota attainment selling SaaS/edtech to schools/districts: 1+ years (School), 2+ (SMB), 3+ (Mid-Market), 5+ (Enterprise).
  • Strong background in new business focus, lead generation, business development, networking, prospecting, pipeline building, forecasting accuracy, and closing.
  • Knowledge of MEDDPICC or similar sales methodology and SaaS forecasting experience.
  • Drive, self-awareness, and coachability.
