What you will do

  • Lead and scale a team of Sales Managers and New Business teams responsible for national net-new revenue acquisition.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies for Foundation, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments across the US.
  • Maintain rigorous pipeline inspection and improve forecast accuracy in partnership with Revenue Operations.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to maximize growth opportunities.
  • Build executive-level relationships with district leaders and act as a brand ambassador in the K-12 market.

Requirements

  • Proven success leading geographically distributed sales organizations.
  • Track record of driving net-new revenue growth in complex transactional and enterprise sales environments.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven management style with experience building repeatable processes.
  • Excellent executive communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to travel nationally as needed.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • K-12 education technology experience.
  • Experience selling into public sector or government environments.
  • Experience working with channel ecosystems and indirect sales models.
  • Familiarity with education funding structures and district buying cycles.
