TL;DR

Customer Success Director (Healthcare): Grow revenue in strategic healthcare accounts through consultative sales of background screening solutions with an accent on program management, cross-functional coordination, and client relationship building. Focus on developing sales account plans, analyzing trends, delivering business reviews, and managing contracts to ensure customer satisfaction and penetration of enterprise solutions.

Location: Remote (US only; must be authorized to work and reside in the United States). Ideal candidate in Omaha, NE area.

Salary: $90-110K base annually

What you will do

  • Develop sales account plans, track revenue trends, analyze competitive threats, and meet revenue objectives in named strategic accounts.
  • Identify additional products/solutions, required resources, and best practices to maximize revenue and market penetration.
  • Prepare quarterly/annual business reviews, manage action plans, analyze trends, and resolve customer issues.
  • Maintain knowledge of customer programs, pricing, and competitors to articulate hirify.global benefits effectively.
  • Build and maintain C-level relationships, manage contracts (MSAs, SLAs, SOPs), and partner with internal teams for program performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (MBA preferred)
  • 7+ years in sales account management for strategic national/global accounts with C-level experience
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); Salesforce familiarity helpful
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to navigate large organizations, multitask, and build internal partnerships
