TL;DR

Customer Success Manager - Provider (Healthcare): Managing the Hospitals & Health Systems line of business and providing strategic partnerships to clients with an accent on product adoption and value realization. Focus on reducing churn, driving revenue expansion, and leveraging healthcare domain knowledge to provide consultative support.

Location: Remote (USA and Canada). Must be based in the USA or Canada. Requirement: Occasional travel to Mississauga and/or Salt Lake City offices for onboarding and team events.

Salary: $85,000 - $106,000 per year (depending on location)

What you will do

  • Drive and own strategic partnerships, acting as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to drive adoption of solutions and ensure customers achieve agreed operational priorities.
  • Execute on product utilization to ensure customers achieve a significant return on investment.
  • Maintain customer engagement levels and support customer NPS scores.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop territory-specific strategic plans.
  • Reduce churn and drive revenue expansion and improvement of bookings metrics.

Requirements

  • Prior healthcare sales or account management experience.
  • Exposure to health care organizations required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills.
  • Post-secondary education required.
  • Must be based in the USA or Canada.

Nice to have

  • Clinical background or experience.
  • Experience with EHR (Electronic Health Records).
