What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for hardware and software issues for APAC-based employees.
• Manage and prioritize the Jira ticket queue to ensure adherence to defined service level agreements.
• Administer virtual desktop environments, Active Directory, and Entra ID management.
• Perform hardware asset tracking, onboarding support, and break/fix maintenance for workstations and mobile devices.
• Identify opportunities for automation using PowerShell or Python to improve team efficiency.
• Collaborate with global Infrastructure and Security teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.

Requirements

• Must be based in Singapore
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Windows 11 and Office 365.
• 3+ years of experience with Active Directory and Entra ID.
• 2+ years of experience with virtual desktop environments like VMware Horizon.
• 2+ years of experience with hardware break/fix for Dell, Apple, and Surface devices.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required for cross-regional coordination.
• Ability to participate in on-call rotations and periodic weekend maintenance windows.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of PowerShell or other scripting languages for automation.
• Experience with macOS and Linux environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
