What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain server and storage infrastructure supporting global trading environments.
• Provide configuration management for Linux platforms using Salt and manage RPM package deployments.
• Serve as a primary technical responder for P1/P2 infrastructure incidents and lead root cause analysis.
• Collaborate on capacity scaling and performance tuning, including kernel-bypass networking and hardware health.
• Develop and deploy automation solutions using Python and Shell to reduce administrative overhead.
• Represent the team in large-scale infrastructure projects and coordinate across global engineering and security teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing a large 24x7 enterprise environment.
• Deep understanding of the Linux Kernel, including scheduling, networking, and I/O.
• Solid background in configuration management tools like Salt or Puppet.
• Proficiency in automating tasks with Python and Shell scripting.
• Experience with both bare-metal and cloud/containerized environments.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with IaC tooling such as Terraform.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with observability platforms like Prometheus and Grafana.
• Background in storage systems (SAN/NAS, NVMe, RAID).
