What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical contact for network standards and best practices within the APAC region.
• Provide third-line support for all connectivity-related inquiries and service issues.
• Collaborate with external service providers to plan resource capacity and predict future growth.
• Manage the lifecycle of Core IT APAC connectivity services.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of the network environment and oversee change control processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT network connectivity within the APAC region.
• Proven expertise in large-scale enterprise network design, deployment, and lifecycle management.
• Strong hands-on experience with routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless technologies (Cisco, Juniper).
• Proficiency in SD-WAN, load balancing, QoS, DNS, DHCP, and network segmentation.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Relevant professional certifications such as CCNP or CCIE.
