What you will do
- Provide front-line Service Desk support via tickets, email, chat, and in-person interactions.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, escalating complex problems to senior team members.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights using identity and access management principles.
- Install and configure computer systems, software applications, and peripherals following security best practices.
- Document incidents and solutions to maintain an accurate internal knowledge base.
- Prepare hardware for new hires and lead weekly orientation sessions.
Requirements
- Experience with Zoom, Slack, Okta, Confluence, JIRA, and ServiceNow.
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory and network protocols (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).
- Proficiency in Windows and macOS operating systems and Office Suite.
- Must be based in Singapore (Onsite).
- Good oral and written English communication skills.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Linux operating system.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
- Experience with network protocols, firewalls, routers, and switches.
