What you will do
- Respond to inbound inquiries and conduct proactive cold outreach via calls and emails.
- Provide online product demonstrations to draw prospects into discovery calls.
- Qualify leads by identifying key needs and building pipeline for Sales Reps.
- Collaborate with Sales organization to inform strategy and enhance performance.
- Share market feedback to drive product enhancements.
Requirements
- Located in Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, Costa Rica, or Colombia (fully remote role).
- Professional fluency in English (spoken and written) for calls, emails, and documentation.
- 1+ year of lead generation or inside sales experience.
- Pipeline generation via email and phone leading to qualified meetings.
- Salesforce experience and familiarity with Salesloft, Outreach.io, or Yesware.
- Excellent communication, empathy with buyers, and clear value propositions.
