What you will do
- Identify and research potential clients to generate a steady pipeline of high-quality leads using various platforms.
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach with personalized messaging to engage prospects.
- Qualify leads based on the BANT framework (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) to ensure alignment with company solutions.
- Manage the sales funnel and maintain accurate lead data within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified prospects.
- Track key performance metrics and provide market feedback to product and marketing teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years of sales experience in financial services, payments, crypto, or blockchain.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Proven experience in B2B sales across Latin America.
- Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Experience with prospecting tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator or ZoomInfo.
