What you will do

  • Identify and research potential clients to generate a steady pipeline of high-quality leads using various platforms.
  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach with personalized messaging to engage prospects.
  • Qualify leads based on the BANT framework (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) to ensure alignment with company solutions.
  • Manage the sales funnel and maintain accurate lead data within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified prospects.
  • Track key performance metrics and provide market feedback to product and marketing teams.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience in financial services, payments, crypto, or blockchain.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales across Latin America.
  • Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Experience with prospecting tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator or ZoomInfo.

  • Experience using AI tools for prospecting and lead generation.
