What you will do
- Conduct multi-channel prospecting via email, phone, LinkedIn, video, and voicemail.
- Convert GTM campaign leads within 24h through light discovery and meeting booking.
- Apply qualification rigor to ensure meetings meet fit and intent criteria.
- Research accounts, enrich contacts, log intent signals, and maintain CRM hygiene.
- Leverage sales tech like Outreach sequences, ChatGPT/Claude for personalization, and Avoma for summaries.
- Experiment with A/B tests on outreach elements and contribute to SDR playbook.
- Collaborate weekly with Sales, GTM, and MOps teams to close lead-to-pipeline gaps.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of outbound SDR/BDR success in B2B SaaS with track record of meeting targets
- Perfect written and spoken English
- Daily fluency with Salesforce and sales-engagement platform like Outreach (Salesloft acceptable)
- Familiarity with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini)
- Curiosity, coachability, and data discipline
