TL;DR

Account Executive (SaaS): Building relationships with school district decision makers and selling hirify.global’s content platform to bring engaging reading materials to K-12 classrooms with an accent on territory management, pipeline development, and sales lifecycle. Focus on evaluating funding landscapes, tailoring strategies to district initiatives, negotiating deals, and achieving revenue targets in a high-volume transactional sales environment.

Remote (US only)

Base: $70,000–$75,000; OTE: $140,000–$150,000

What you will do

  • Own your sales territory, develop business plans, manage full sales lifecycle from lead generation to close, and build relationships with district leaders.
  • Achieve revenue targets through high-volume transactional sales, pipeline management, forecasting, and strategy aligned with local funding and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive company growth, present solutions in-person, negotiate terms, and expand product adoption nationwide.
  • Exercise autonomy in evaluating customer needs, structuring solutions, and influencing business outcomes.

Requirements

  • 2+ years hitting/exceeding SaaS sales quotas
  • Expertise navigating multiple stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions
  • Proven high-volume sales experience building a book of business
  • Self-starter thriving in fast-paced environments with quick deal-closing ability
  • Adaptable to change, quick learner for new client bases and sales goals
  • Regular travel to meet customers/prospects

Nice to have

  • Teaching background or strong grasp of pedagogy to connect classroom challenges to solutions
