What you will do
- Perform customer requirements gathering, design, and documentation.
- Acquire technology stacks and build critical use cases for SandcastleCX engagements.
- Support pre- and post-sale proof of concept customer engagements featuring Amazon technologies.
- Plan and coordinate customer enablement sessions and resolve customer objections.
- Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
- Maintain deep expertise in CX technologies and offerings.
Requirements
- 10+ years in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or contact center consulting.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Connect and AWS services.
- Fluency in the English language is a MUST-HAVE.
- AWS professional certifications and a Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with Telco/contact center platforms and CRMs (Salesforce, ServiceNow, Dynamics).
- Ability to travel up to 30%.
Nice to have
- AWS AI/ML experience (Lex, Bedrock, Transcribe, Comprehend).
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, CDK).
