What you will do

  • Architect end-to-end AWS-based solutions for digital contact centers.
  • Build custom chat widgets and agent desktops using Lambda and API Gateway.
  • Implement GenAI solutions using Amazon Bedrock and LLMs.
  • Integrate Amazon Connect with third-party CRMs and enterprise systems.
  • Design event-driven, scalable cloud architectures following AWS Well-Architected principles.
  • Lead cross-functional engineering and DevOps teams to deliver complex solutions.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in AWS architecture and cloud solution development.
  • Deep expertise with Amazon Connect, Lambda, API Gateway, Lex, Bedrock, and DynamoDB.
  • Proven experience with GenAI technologies and LLM integration.
  • Strong understanding of IAM, cloud infrastructure, monitoring, and security practices.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM integrations and real-time event streaming.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional certification.
  • Experience with regulated industries such as HIPAA, GDPR, Finance, or Healthcare.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML services like SageMaker, Kendra, or Q in Connect.
  • Experience applying foundation models or SLMs in customer service use cases.
