What you will do

• Serve as a trusted advisor to customer executives, shaping CX transformation strategies and technology roadmaps.
• Lead deep-dive architecture sessions and conduct technical discovery workshops for enterprise clients.
• Design comprehensive CX solutions leveraging Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex, and generative AI (Amazon Bedrock).
• Author proposals, technical specifications, and statements of work aligned with client requirements.
• Develop proof-of-concepts and prototypes to demonstrate the value of Amazon Connect capabilities.
• Educate clients and internal teams on AWS CX best practices and emerging AI/ML technologies.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Deep expertise in Amazon Connect and broad knowledge of AWS services.
• Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor in pre-sales and client-facing engagements.
• Experience designing secure, compliant solutions for regulated industries like healthcare or finance.
